• The role involves supporting product management, design, and software roles.
• This is a fully remote contract position lasting six months with potential for extension.
• The recruiter will manage the entire candidate process without business-facing responsibilities.
• Focus will be on outbound messages and recruiter phone screens.
• Metrics include 300 outbound messages per week and 2-4 phone screens per day.
• Candidate talent will be US-based.
• Recruiters can be located in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
• Experience in product recruiting is preferred, but generalized software recruiting is acceptable.
• Target start date is ASAP.

Requirements

• Two to four years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for product management, design, and software roles.
• Background in a well-known start-up or public tech company.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
