Overview

An experienced Technical Recruiter is needed to support high-volume recruiting needs, focusing on sourcing and candidate management.

In Short

• Manage high-volume sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates.
• Manage candidate communications and engagement.
• Partner with HR Generalist on job descriptions and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracting.
• Success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
