Overview

GoDaddy is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst who will specialize in Workday’s human capital management software, focusing on Benefits and providing tier 2 support for system improvement requests.

In Short

Assess Workday issues and improvement requests.
Mentor HRIS analysts and HR Operations Team members.
Create and coordinate support cases using Jira.
Facilitate Backlog review meetings.
Foster relationships within the Workday community.
Support Workday issues from initiation to completion.
Provide Workday Administrator support.
Engage in data audits and processing EIBs.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of Payroll, Benefits, and other modules.
Good communication and process improvement skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
