Overview

Ascend is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst to oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management for our West Coast and Central region partner firms. This individual will be responsible for ensuring new employees feel informed, valued, and equipped to succeed while ensuring compliance and data accuracy across HR systems.

In Short

  • Maintain 99% accuracy in HCM data for assigned partner firms.
  • Conduct full data audits upon the onboarding of new firms and quarterly thereafter.
  • Create and maintain a weekly onboarding and offboarding dashboard.
  • Ensure all integrations function without errors for payroll accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot integration malfunctions within 24 hours.
  • Generate Workday reports in under 24 hours.
  • Engage in Workday enhancement and automation projects.
  • Achieve an 80+ Employee Net Promoter Score for Red Carpet Onboarding.
  • Ensure 100% of employees go through a formal offboarding process.
  • Stay updated on employment regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance.
  • Experience managing Workday HRIS.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
