HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an HRIS Analyst at Jam City, you will serve as the technical expert in the support and maintenance of human capital management systems, ensuring data integrity and collaborating with the People Team for improvements and troubleshooting.

In Short

• Serve as the initial point of escalation for system errors related to HR systems.
• Manage documentation of HR system manuals.
• Propose efficiency and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Audit/Legal, Finance, and IT teams.
• Gather and compile data for external reporting compliance.
• Maintain HCM settings and document processes.
• Act as a consultant to HR staff for data inquiries.
• Develop and maintain reports for customer needs.
• Research and resolve HCM problems and recommend solutions.
• Train users on new processes and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience with knowledge of HR processes.
• 3+ years of HRIS/HCM experience, preferably Workday.
• Experience with Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Advanced communication skills for technical and non-technical personnel.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and business software applications.
• Willingness to work PST hours.
