Lead Producer - Remote

Overview

As a leading mobile games developer, Jam City is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join the Cookie Jam team, one of our top-grossing mobile games. In this role, you'll be a key leader of a 60 plus person team, responsible for delivering on the game's long-term strategic roadmap.

In Short

• Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap and production goals for the team.
• Oversee the robust live operations of a critical title.
• Improve team pipelines and workflows.
• Mentor producers and provide hands-on opportunities for skill development.
• Work with directors to establish product vision and team objectives.
• Resolve conflicts with internal, cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen communication and relationships between teams.
• Present project updates to executive leadership.
• Determine when to escalate issues or implement new tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a game production role.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Proven experience in live operations.
• Strong knowledge of the marketplace and data analysis.
• Ability to balance project demands with player experience.
• Solid project management foundation in Agile and Waterfall.
• Proactive, results-oriented self-starter.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in production tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Strong technical skills in configuration management.
