In Short

• Lead all aspects of live-action and broadcast video production.
• Own end-to-end production of small scale studio-based content.
• Oversee post-production ensuring high-quality editing and delivery.
• Bring fresh ideas for content solutions and recommend artists for collaboration.
• Serve as a mentor and leader within the Production team.
• Understand and apply usage and licensing knowledge for creative campaigns.
• Adept at managing overlapping campaigns and production schedules.
• Flexible and fast, ready to pivot and iterate.
• Willing to travel for live action shoots and work from the Brooklyn studio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production.
• Proven track record producing broadcast commercials and performance-driven video campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of production workflows from prep to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of editing, animation, and visual effects.
• Expertise in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver with a calm attitude under tight deadlines.
• Passion-driven and self-starting for delivering top-notch creative.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and freelance crews.
