Product Lead - Remote

As a Product Lead, you will own the roadmap, delivery, and ongoing optimization of key product areas, bridging vision and execution to ensure measurable value for customers.

In Short

• Own the roadmap for assigned product areas and align it with company objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design for timely, high-quality releases.
• Conduct user research and data-driven evaluations for product decisions.
• Partner with Customer Success to enhance onboarding and retention.
• Support Sales with product demos and enablement materials.
• Ensure a delightful user experience in collaboration with UX/UI resources.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management or leadership roles in SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products.
• Experience with US-based customers or global markets.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
