  • Generate pipeline while building a scalable outbound sales process.
  • Hybrid role: top-performing SDR and coach for a small SDR team.
  • Prospect into target accounts via various channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them into meetings.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for decision-makers.
  • Build and refine SDR playbook including scripts and KPIs.
  • Train and mentor junior SDRs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead-gen initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an SDR or BDR role, with 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of hitting SQL quotas.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and sales tools.
  • Excellent communicator with coaching skills.
  • Comfortable balancing individual work with team leadership.
  • Passion for wellness and HR technology is a plus.
