Leader in Me Coach & Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

In Short

• Focus on building exceptional relationships with existing LIM schools.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions and workshops.
• Engage all stakeholders in progressing to ‘Lighthouse’ results.
• Stay current with educational trends and technology platforms.
• Facilitate strong relationships with school and district leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams.
• Ability to travel independently up to 80% of the time.
• Deliver workshops to schools throughout North America.
• Support schools by providing resources and guidance.
• Work in a hybrid model, primarily in Central California.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience as a building Principal or District Level Administrator.
• Experience with LIM implementation.
• Strong coaching acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Attention to detail and logistics management.
• Comfortable with technology & systems.
• High degree of energy, patience, and empathy.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement and integrity.
