Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

In Short

• Focus on building exceptional relationships with existing LIM schools.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions and workshops.
• Engage all stakeholders in progressing to ‘Lighthouse’ results.
• Stay current with relevant educational trends and technology platforms.
• Travel independently up to 80% of the time.
• Assist in retaining and expanding the LIM process in schools.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional regional team.
• Facilitate strong relationships with school and district leaders.
• Deliver workshops primarily during the summer months.
• Communicate value of LIM process and coaching to prospective schools.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience as a building Principal/District Level Administrator, or Education Consultant.
• Strong coaching acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage logistics and coordinate communication.
• Deep comfort level with technology and systems.
• High degree of energy, patience, empathy, and personal maturity.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement and integrity.
