Overview

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

In Short

• Partner with school stakeholders to ensure successful LIM implementation.
• Build exceptional relationships with existing LIM schools.
• Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions and workshops.
• Engage all stakeholders in progressing to ‘Lighthouse’ results.
• Stay current with educational trends and technology platforms.
• Facilitate strong relationships with schools and district leaders.
• Travel independently up to 80% of the time.
• Deliver workshops primarily during summer months.
• Support retention efforts and expand the LIM process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate LIM value.

Requirements

• 8+ years in K-12 Education.
• Experience as a building Principal and/or District Level Administrator.
• Experience with LIM implementation.
• Strong coaching acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and logistics management.
• Deep comfort with technology and systems.
• High degree of energy, patience, and empathy.
• Well-developed pattern of achievement and integrity.
• Geographic location flexibility.
