HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an HRIS Analyst, you will manage and maintain our Human Capital Management (HCM) system and all related integrations, ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of our HR data and technology ecosystem.

In Short

• Serve as the primary administrator for the HCM system.
• Lead the full implementation of a new HCM system.
• Manage and maintain system integrations with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance.
• Provide technical system support for annual HR processes.
• Configure and onboard new companies within the HCM system.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through audits and validations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
• Deliver reliable reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
• Develop training materials and user guides for HR system users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM administration.
• Ability to travel into the NYC office as needed.
• Experience leading or supporting HCM implementations.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes.
• Proven ability to manage integrations with IT teams and vendors.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, or related field preferred.
