Overview

As a Support Engineer, you will be working in a customer-facing capacity, helping to ensure they have a seamless experience using our products and navigating any issues that arise.

In Short

  • Interacting with customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer expectations on response quality.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of assigned customer issues.
  • Communicating with customers via online support tools and calls.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Documenting bugs and providing feedback for improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Participating in on-call rosters and weekend coverage.
  • Helping team members with knowledge sharing.
  • Building knowledge of the product/service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows Server OS.
  • Understanding of Internet protocols like HTTP and SSL.
