In Short

  • Looking for a seller to strategically assess and sell to state-level law enforcement customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting and managing sales opportunities.
  • Deliver senior-level presentations and demonstrations.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding their technology roadmap.
  • Identify and document GTM best practices.
  • Hold a crucial peer-leadership role in the sales organization.
  • 12+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space required.
  • Experience with federal and state grant opportunities preferred.
  • Located in a major metropolitan city within the Central U.S.

Requirements

  • Field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
  • Track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions.
  • Experience with state law enforcement agencies preferred.
  • Ability to negotiate and close legal agreements.
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • High level of transparency and ownership.
  • Strong listening and empathy skills.
  • Resilience and steadfastness in achieving goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
