• Own all customer relationships throughout the contract.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and the team.
• Ensure full user adoption and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in customer support for technical software.
• Experience with law enforcement, public safety, or military.
• Experience in the enterprise software space.
• Ability to synthesize user feedback.
• Track record of zero churn and positive revenue retention.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Curious and humble mindset for collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
