Overview

PeopleCert is looking for a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in developing a strong pipeline and delivering new business in their territory.

In Short

  • Maintain and achieve maximum B2B market penetration of LANGUAGECERT products.
  • Promote business to educational institutions and related markets.
  • Liaise with partners to sell language tests and services.
  • Run regional campaigns for recognition and testimonials.
  • Organize marketing activities to identify new potential partners.
  • Implement innovative ideas for achieving new business.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy.
  • Monitor progress against targets and report to headquarters.
  • Facilitate resolution of customer problems.
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or relevant degree required.
  • Based in Australia/New Zealand.
  • 5+ years' experience in business development.
  • Experience in the English Language Education market.
  • Experience working with universities.
  • Understanding of channel development and strategy selling.
  • Superb relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Competence in MS Office and CRM tools.
