Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager who will drive growth in the US, Canadian, and European markets.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings to establish strong partnerships.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet client requirements.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to close deals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and networking events.
  • Manage client accounts for satisfaction and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in IT Services.
  • Strong network in US, Canadian, and European IT markets.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with IT consulting, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work in US/European time zones.
