In Short

  • Lead, mentor, recruit and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a dynamic and high-performing sales culture.
  • Drive the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, performing cold outreach.
  • Own the business customer lifecycle from outreach to closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Account Management, and Product Development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Recommend improvements to sales strategies based on data analysis.
  • Deliver results under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Maintain fluency with technology trends in the FinTech market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience in the full B2B sales lifecycle.
  • Prior experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for market landscape analysis.
  • Expertise in sales KPIs and compensation plans.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency; Native Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
