Overview

The Software Partner Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and nurturing partnerships with strategic software partners to drive mutual growth and success for Patterson and its customers.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners' offerings and market positioning.
  • Establish and measure against key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership about partnership status.
  • Execute project plans supporting new product offerings.
  • Oversee partner contracts with legal counsel support.
  • Gather market intelligence on customers and competitors.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for joint campaigns.
  • Assist in larger rollouts of Practice Management Systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing software partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner programs.
  • Technical acumen regarding APIs and data exchange.
  • Adept at project management and prioritization.
  • Very strong written and presentation skills.
  • Able to grasp new technologies and trends quickly.
