In Short

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ existing B2B clients.
• Focus on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Make 40+ calls a day to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Become the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
• Keep churn low and customer satisfaction high.
• Hit and exceed revenue goals.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Use CRM tools to track account health and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience in the aviation/aerospace industry.
• Full fluency in English and Portuguese or French.
• Hunter mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
