In Short

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, General Ledger, and month-end close.
• Drive strategic initiatives in workflow automation and revenue recognition frameworks.
• Monitor key SaaS financial metrics including ARR growth and net revenue retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting operations experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in finance.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems and automation tools.
• Strong technical fluency with data analysis tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in marketplace business models is a plus.
