Overview

As a Customer Success Manager of International at Sword Health, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they are having a great experience with our solutions while driving member engagement and demonstrating value.

  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple customers.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adaptable to change.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success/account management roles.
  • Passionate about bringing world-class healthcare to those who need it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success/account management roles.
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to create and implement efficient processes.
  • Strong growth mindset and analytical skills.
  • No ego, highly collaborative, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in Digital Health is preferred.
