Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in customer success/account management.
  • In-depth understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in German and professional level of English.
  • Track record of providing stellar customer support.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills.
