Overview

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • 2 years of eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert metrics into actions.
  • Exceptional customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to create marketing content for customers.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
