Overview

BigCommerce is seeking a results-driven Named Customer Success Manager to own a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success with our e-commerce platform.

In Short

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with customers.
  • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Net Revenue Retention and growth of the customer portfolio.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams for upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health and usage trends.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback internally.
  • Utilize analytics and CRM data to inform strategies.
  • Support contract management and billing needs.
  • Engage in case studies and community programs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing an enterprise portfolio.
  • 2 years of eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with online marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions in challenging situations.
  • Experience presenting metrics to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, and Google Apps.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
