Overview

BigCommerce is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to facilitate sales growth by providing product demonstrations and technical expertise, supporting Account Executives throughout the sales process.

In Short

Educate prospects on BigCommerce solutions.
Conduct needs analysis and technical scoping sessions.
Provide pre-sales technical consulting.
Document customer questions for follow-up.
Collaborate with multiple teams to strengthen value propositions.
Lead initiatives for faster sales cycles and higher win rates.
Travel up to 25% for client support and industry events.
2+ years of relevant Sales/Solutions Engineering experience required.
Strong knowledge of web technologies and APIs.
Experience with commerce solutions and applications.

Requirements

Strong web technologies knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience in SaaS sales and solution selling.
Ability to present to C-level executives and technical audiences.
Charismatic and energetic self-starter.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
