In Short

• Lead and manage governance advisory projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide strategic insights.
• Develop impactful reports and policy submissions.
• Build relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nations.

Requirements

• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
• Qualifications in Indigenous studies, public policy, governance, or related fields.
• Proven project planning and delivery experience.
• High-level written communication skills.
• Strong research skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in advocacy or strategic policy processes preferred.
• Knowledge of Indigenous policy preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
