  • Seeking a Customer Success Analyst to maximize customer value.
  • Focus on driving platform adoption and delivering insights based on customer data.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop enablement strategies to enhance product stickiness.
  • Build educational resources for self-service learning.
  • Conduct health checks for strategic accounts.
  • Advise customers on expanding usage across departments.
  • Monitor churn risk and re-engage at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Experience with higher education or large organizations using LMS/VCMS.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
