Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will propose and sell the company's security platform to large enterprises in the Kansai region, focusing on new business development and collaboration with partners.

In Short

  • Manage approximately 100 large enterprises with territory and account planning.
  • Drive new business development primarily through partner collaboration.
  • Engage in partner enablement activities (80% of the role).
  • Work with major partners like NTT Communications and KDDI.
  • Create and provide proposal materials and training for partner sales.
  • Support partners in proposing to end-users and closing deals (20% of the role).
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to generate leads.
  • Manage CRM for deal progress and weekly forecasts.
  • Conduct team study sessions and information sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of partner sales experience.
  • 3+ years of IT solution sales experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong proposal and presentation skills for executive-level discussions.
  • Experience in territory and account planning.
  • Proven track record of achieving quarterly targets.
  • Ability to leverage IT literacy for product and industry knowledge.
