In Short

  • Lead a team of Account Managers in the Enterprise Sales segment.
  • Focus on companies with a fleet size of 150-999 vehicles.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle and customer renewals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers for technical expertise.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets.
  • Hire and develop new talent for the organization.
  • Coach and support tenured Account Managers.
  • Accurately forecast team performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a frontline sales manager.
  • Experience in Software and/or Software/Hardware Sales.
  • Ability to recommend solutions and manage projects.
  • Deep understanding of business insights and KPI changes.
  • Competitive mindset and focus on success.
  • Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of significant results and resource allocation.
  • Transportation or Logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
