The Major Accounts Manager, HVAC/Heat Pump and Home Electrification is a partner-facing role focused on developing strategic growth channels with national platforms, software providers, and OEMs.

In Short

  • Identify, manage and grow relationships with major residential accounts.
  • Develop tailored solutions and growth strategies for each account.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless execution.
  • Gather field-level feedback for platform improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for major account-related inquiries.
  • Stay informed on HVAC technologies and market trends.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Attend trade events and networking functions.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of strategic account experience in the HVAC Segment.
  • Demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience developing strategic GTM plans.
  • Extensive network across the HVAC ecosystem.
  • Experience with consumer finance or digital products is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally/nationally.
