Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled FP&A Business Partner Manager to join our finance team and make an impact at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and AI. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of financial performance across our Drug Development and Corporate departments.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner for drug development initiatives and corporate functions.
• Collaborate in the preparation and development of financial models, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Play a central role in the monthly finance closing process.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and recommend actionable plans.
• Support ad hoc analyses by creating bespoke reports.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance or Management.
• Proven experience as an FP&A professional within the Biotech or Life Sciences sectors.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Strong organizational capabilities and adaptability.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Fluency in English.
