Owkin is seeking a Director, Business Development Dx to join our fast-growing and dynamic team, with the opportunity to grow our business with pharmaceutical companies by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy.

  • Support Go-To-Market Strategy: Shape the company's sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven Commercial Success: Experience driving revenue growth and managing large strategic accounts.
  • Expertise in Pharma & Diagnostics: Understanding of drug development and clinical trials.
  • Scientific & Technical Knowledge: Degree in Molecular Biology, Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, AI, or related fields.
  • Strong Industry Network: Extensive network within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
  • Innovative Thinker: Passionate about leveraging AI and technology.
  • High Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written abilities.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Salesforce, and Slack.
  • Start-up Mentality: Experience in a PE or VC-backed start-up is a plus.

  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $187,000 - $220,000 (base salary + performance-based bonus).
