Requirements

• Excellent academic background in Computer Science or related field.
• Significant experience in software development and product delivery.
• Strong technical skills in multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing talent.
• Ability to cultivate a strong engineering culture in an agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in hiring and interviewing processes.
