Overview

One Impression is seeking an Inbound Sales Manager to manage and close inbound leads, ensuring brands have a great experience while converting interest into revenue.

In Short

  • Lead Fulfillment: Contact every inbound lead within 2 hours.
  • Client Follow-Ups: Engage brands via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or platform chat.
  • Sales Closure: Assist brands in understanding content packages and closing orders.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks in the lead-to-order journey.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide brands on using Amplify effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain dashboards for lead status and revenue tracking.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in content or influencer marketing.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of content marketing or the creator economy.
