Demand Generation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Demand Generation Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and account-based targeting. This role is all about owning pipeline growth — identifying the right accounts, running outbound campaigns across multiple channels, and converting conversations into qualified demo calls.

In Short

• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns with a focus on account-based targeting.
• Utilize a multi-channel outreach approach, incorporating cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and Apollo sequences.
• Leverage Apollo.io to identify prospects and track performance.
• Engage with and qualify new opportunities to contribute to sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Track activities and conversion rates in CRM HubSpot.
• Continuously experiment with messaging and channels to maximize connect rates.
• Share feedback from prospects to help refine targeting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, Demand Generation Executive, or Inside Sales professional.
• Proven track record in multi-channel outbound pipeline generation.
• Strong working knowledge of Apollo.io.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Resilient and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes.
