Omnissa is transforming its partner organization and is seeking an experienced and driven Director of North America Distribution to lead distributor partners and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Lead distributor partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage executive relationships with North America distributors.
  • Implement strategies for recruiting and activating partners.
  • Drive new revenue from Distribution-Owned Channel partners.
  • Oversee the development of the VAD program.
  • Collaborate with various teams for operational execution.
  • Direct quarterly business reviews for distributor performance.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of distributors globally.
  • Drive improvements in distribution processes across functions.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify system requirements.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in distribution and channel sales.
  • Successful history of meeting partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Experience in developing partner relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in building distribution channels.
  • Strong operational and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with ecosystem vendors and alliances.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA highly desired.
  • Ability to travel 10% to 40%.
