Overview

As the Manager of Partner Accounts at Omnidian, you will lead a team to ensure operational excellence and exceptional partner experiences across the nationwide network, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist.
  • Establish partner engagement strategies to strengthen network performance.
  • Monitor partner health metrics and performance trends.
  • Build and manage Salesforce dashboards to track performance.
  • Use data insights to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance partner lifecycle management.
  • Support organizational readiness for scaling operations.
  • Communicate effectively across departments.
  • Experience in residential and commercial solar markets is required.
  • 4+ years in partner management or operations roles.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in partner management, account management, or operations roles.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
