Omnidian, Inc. is seeking an experienced, business-minded attorney for the role of Vice President Legal, responsible for handling a broad spectrum of legal matters across the organization while contributing to strategic initiatives as the company scales.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and state bar membership.
• 10+ years of experience in law.
• Proven experience in complex commercial transactions.
• Excellent judgment and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Self-starter with ownership of projects.
• Experience with venture-backed transactions is a plus.
• Familiarity with renewable energy legal issues is a plus.
• Background in compliance or intellectual property is a plus.
• Experience navigating an IPO or acquisition is a plus.
