EHR Configuration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Specialist (CS) is responsible for executing technical and configuration requirements necessary for the successful deployment of Office Practicum in either a hosted or self-hosted environment. The Configuration Specialist will collaborate with the assigned Implementation Project Manager (IPM) for the completion of all relevant duties as set forth in the project timeline. This is a client-facing role, therefore, communication skills are imperative.

In Short

• Installation of Office Practicum software on client workstations and devices.
• Configuration of clearinghouse services, e-prescribing services, and other services as required.
• Database configuration for Practice Management/Billing.
• Facilitate the management of client expectations during the implementation process.
• Provide implementation and go-live support in collaboration with IPM.
• Update customer case details in Salesforce.
• Independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
• Escalate problems to the appropriate teams.
• Work according to the timeline designated by the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Implementation Supervisor.

Requirements

• 2 years prior experience with software implementation.
• Customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technology proficiency including Salesforce CRM and basic SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Results-focused with strong attention to detail.
