EHR Configuration Specialist - Level I - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Specialist (CS) is responsible for executing technical and configuration requirements necessary for the successful deployment of Office Practicum in either a hosted or self-hosted environment. This is a client-facing role, therefore, communication skills are imperative.

In Short

• Install Office Practicum software on client workstations and devices.
• Configure clearinghouse services and e-prescribing services.
• Database configuration for PM/Billing.
• Bootstrapping Data across internal infrastructure.
• Manage client expectations during implementation.
• Collaborate with IPM and Training team for support.
• Update customer case details in Salesforce.
• Independently manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years prior experience with software implementation.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and web-based applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
