In Short

• Join the business development team and advise new prospects on Nuvei’s product from a technical perspective.
• Coordinate technical project timelines and tasks with internal and customer teams.
• Assess customers' technical requirements and guide the integration process.
• Lead technical implementation projects for new customers.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and support.
• Manage multiple projects running on parallel timelines.
• Apply consultative methodologies to solve integration pain points.
• Passionate about technology and customer service.
• Experience with payment systems and/or working at a Fintech company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on implementation and solution experience.
• 2+ years of prior experience within the payment’s industry.
• Proven ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Working knowledge of web integration including APIs and SAAS technologies.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with SalesForce, Zendesk or similar ticketing system.
• Strong knowledge of data model and working knowledge of SQL.
