As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico, you’ll be part of the engine behind Nuvei’s growth - bringing in the talent that drives our global success.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Conduct screenings and interviews for candidate evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records in Workable (ATS) and other tools.
• Collaborate with global TA colleagues for best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, payments or fintech preferred.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.
