In Short

  • This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around the Arkansas area.
  • Accountable to manage specific accounts for our beverage line-up within the Mass and Club channels.
  • Drive volume, revenue and share within assigned National Accounts.
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer.
  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to plan, track and measure overall business.
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account.
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics.
  • Ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7-10 years of CPG experience, beverage preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to travel 35%-40%.
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry.
  • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge.
  • Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with National Retailers.
  • Thrive in a team selling environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
