  • Base salary between $72,000 - $92,000
  • 37.5-hour work week with flexible start times

Requirements

  • Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
  • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP and non-discrimination testing
  • NIPA or ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a book of business independently
  • High level of critical thinking
  • Committed to lifelong learning
