• 3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills
• Deep understanding of modern web application development
• Solve complex problems by breaking them up into simpler discrete problems and implement them across multiple services
• Manage engineering metrics such as team velocity, delivery commitments, code quality, and successful deployments
• Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, reliable code
• Support product, design, and business functions in developing and delivering roadmaps and organizational goals
• Hire and build a team of passionate and mission-driven engineers
• Continue to foster a culture of autonomy, ownership, accountability, and innovation
• Successful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
