Overview

The Manager, Healthcare Talent Pipeline & Recruitment plays a critical role in aligning student recruitment efforts with Scholars Network’s mission and the evolving needs of our health system and higher education partners. This role is essential for attracting and converting high-quality candidates into employer-sponsored loan repayment programs.

In Short

• Lead and manage healthcare talent fulfillment.
• Regular travel to partner schools and health systems for recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Sr. Director to refine recruitment campaigns.
• Optimize recruitment platforms for candidate management.
• Use performance data to drive outreach efforts.
• Foster relationships with higher education stakeholders.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for employer partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Proactive mindset with ownership over results.
• Knowledge of healthcare education pathways is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience using data for decision-making.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with Google Workspace and marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
