Overview

The Specialist of Design & Production plays a crucial role in developing creative marketing campaigns for our university partners. This position is a cross-functional, collaborative role responsible for executing on creative assets for multiple brand identities.

In Short

• Produce high-quality visual assets for marketing collateral.
• Support the design of user-centered digital content.
• Prepare final production files for print and digital distribution.
• Develop and follow internal naming conventions for creative assets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete projects.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of G Suite Applications.
• Experience with illustration and/or video production is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and a desire to learn new skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
