Overview

Silverfort is a Tel Aviv-based cyber-security startup that develops a revolutionary identity protection platform. Using patented technology, our product enables strong authentication across entire corporate networks and cloud environments without any modifications to endpoints and servers. In addition, we use advanced behavior analytics to apply adaptive authentication policies and prevent cyber-attacks in real-time.

In Short

• Own Silverfort’s design system and take it to the next level.
• Mentor designers and cross-functional teams on design systems usage standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation.
• Conduct a full product design cycle from inspiration to delivery.
• Standardize and streamline design across multiple products.
• Document and maintain design system guidelines.
• Communicate and advocate for design system decisions across the organization.
• Contribute to the general platform design process.
• Become an integral part of the product team.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping products end-to-end.
• Experience creating & maintaining design systems from scratch.
• Experience in designing complex systems and translating user experience challenges.
• A keen eye for pixel-perfect details.
• Excellent human relations and communication skills.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Experience with the UX UI design process.
• Mindful of balancing business and user needs.
